Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3 minutes. A short preheat helps crisp the crust fast.
Prep the pizzas. Keep them frozen.
If you want to boost flavor, brush the crust edges with a tiny bit of olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder or oregano.
Load the basket. Place mini pizzas in a single layer with space around each one. Do not stack. Use a liner only if your basket tends to stick.
Air fry for 6–9 minutes at 380°F (193°C).
Start checking at 6 minutes. You’re aiming for bubbly cheese and a lightly browned crust.
Rotate if needed. Some air fryers have hot spots.
If the cheese browns too fast on one side, rotate the pizzas halfway through.
Add toppings at the right time. Extra cheese or delicate toppings can go on during the last 2 minutes so they melt without burning.
Rest briefly. Let the pizzas sit for 1–2 minutes after cooking so the cheese sets and the crust stays crisp.
Finish and serve.
Add fresh basil or a pinch of red pepper flakes. Serve hot.
