Preheat the air fryer. Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
If your model needs time to heat, give it 3–5 minutes.
Melt the cheeses. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 45–60 seconds, stir, then heat another 20–30 seconds until smooth and stretchy. Alternatively, melt gently on the stovetop over low heat.
Make the dough. Add almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and egg to the melted cheese.
Mix with a spatula until a dough forms. If it’s sticky, let it rest 2–3 minutes to firm up.
Shape the crust. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment. Roll or press into a round about 1/4 inch thick, sized to fit your air fryer basket.
Peel off the top parchment.
Par-bake the crust. Lightly spray the air fryer basket or a perforated parchment liner with olive oil. Transfer the crust (parchment-side down) into the basket. Air fry for 5–6 minutes until lightly golden and set on top.
Sauce and cheese. Carefully remove the basket.
Spread pizza sauce in a thin layer—don’t oversauce. Sprinkle mozzarella evenly, then add pepperoni. Dust with Parmesan and oregano.
Finish cooking. Return to the air fryer and cook at 375°F (190°C) for 4–6 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbling and the edges are golden.
If your air fryer runs hot, start checking at 3 minutes.
Rest and slice. Let the pizza rest 3–4 minutes so the cheese sets and the crust firms. Slide onto a board, slice, and add red pepper flakes if you like.
