Preheat the air fryer: Set it to 380°F (193°C) for 5 minutes so it’s hot and ready.
Prep the tuna: Drain the cans thoroughly and press out extra liquid with the lid. The drier the tuna, the better your patties hold together.
Mix the base: In a bowl, combine tuna, egg, almond flour, mayonnaise, and Dijon.
Stir until the mixture looks evenly moistened but not wet.
Season well: Add green onion, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Mix gently. If it feels loose, add 1–2 teaspoons more almond flour.
Shape the patties: Divide the mixture into 6–8 small patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
Compact them with your hands so they hold together.
Spray for crispness: Lightly spritz both the patties and the air fryer basket with oil. This helps with browning and prevents sticking.
Air fry the first side: Arrange patties in a single layer with space between. Cook at 380°F (193°C) for 7–8 minutes until set and lightly golden.
Flip and finish: Carefully flip, spray the tops again, and cook another 4–6 minutes until crisp and nicely browned.
Check doneness: Patties should be firm, heated through, and golden on both sides.
Adjust time slightly based on your air fryer model.
Serve: Squeeze fresh lemon over the top and serve with a keto-friendly dip like garlic aioli, spicy mayo, or tartar sauce. Great with a side salad or roasted veggies.
