Assemble: Spread the avocado generously over the hot toast. Sprinkle with more salt and pepper to taste. Add everything seasoning, herbs, or sliced tomatoes if using.
Boost with protein (optional): Top with a jammy egg, fried egg, or a few ribbons of smoked salmon.
Crumbled feta or cottage cheese adds extra creaminess.
